Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the nature of these products and the emergence of COVID-19, all orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will have 7 days upon delivery to report an issue with your order. To start a claim, you can contact us at bombchele.co@gmail.com. Please be sure to provide a photo of the items received, and a description of items missing or damaged. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first filing a claim will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our items, no exchanges will be accepted at this time. Please be sure to double-check your order prior to checking out to prevent any errors.
Refunds
All sales are final and are not eligible for refund.
