Shipment Information
The shipping companies we use are as follows; United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
We ship to the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Canada.
Shipment Timeline
All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. All orders are not shipped or delivered on Holidays or Weekends.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there are will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Business days are defined as Monday-Friday from 9AM-4PM CST; excluding Holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The number will be active within 24 hours.
Standard orders shipping is 2-3 days after processing.

Shipping Fees for the U.S
Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $4.90
Expedited Shipping is a flat rate of $8.90
Shipping Fees for Canada
Both Standard and Expedited shipping rates are based on weight and location
Missing Orders
If an incomplete or incorrect address was provided at the time of order, The BombChèle Collection is not responsible to refund or replace the order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please reach out to Bombchele.co@gmail.com for any shipping concerns or to report an issue with your shipment
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses that are input at checkout. Please be sure to review your order summary to ensure that all information has been entered correctly. In the event of an incorrect address, please email Bombchele.co@gmail.com within the first 24 hours of your order being placed.
